Here is a great plugin for affiliate marketers using WordPress. Its called link modder.
It was created to change and create links in posts.
It has two functions:

Adds affiliate information to existing links. The affiliate information is added after the links are created. This means the affiliate link is hidden from the reader.
Converts certain keywords like “Yahoo!” [...]
